Our experienced team has developed a comprehensive package of liquid and powder cementing additives to ensure that your slurry is pumped with the desired physical properties you need. From surface casings to liners our admixtures ensure that:
We have developed a range of cement retarders that can adjust cement setting times to suit your operation. Cement retarders are used to control the time when a cement slurry begins to set. Our retarders were developed to perform in a range of temperatures and environments, making your slurry pumpable until it is in location to set.

RT-GE LR is applicable at low and moderate temperatures.
RT-GE LR is used during well-cementing operations in order to adjust the thickening and setting time of cement in the range of dynamic temperatures up to 100° C.
BENEFITS
• Applicable at temperatures up to 100 °C;
• Decreases fluid loss;
• Decreases cement slurry viscosity;
• Compatible with all cement classes;
• Available in dry and liquid forms.
CHEMICAL DESCRIPTION
RT-GE LR is a mixture of modified lignosulphonates.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
• Appearance: yellow powder.
• Solubility in water: soluble.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
• Applicable in the temperature range from 30 to 80 °C.
• Recommended treatment rate is from 0.1 to 0.7%.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
RT-GE LR is packed in bags of 25 kg net weight. The product should be stored in dry conditions, away from open fire, moisture, and heating facilities. After opening, the bag should be sealed.
Effective slurry design involves the careful balance of important properties, one of which is water content. Loss of fluid from a slurry design can have serious effects on many key slurry parameters and cement placement. When a fluid loss additive is included in a cement slurry design, it will help maintain desired characteristics and properties such as rheology, thickening time, density, and compressive strength.
DESCRIPTION
FL-GE is a highly effective fluid loss additive, which also prevents gas migration during oil well-cementing operations.
BENEFITS
• High efficiency in lightweight cement slurries;
• Prevents free fluid segregation and sedimentation;
• Prevents gas migration by reducing transition time.
CHEMICAL DESCRIPTION
FL-GE is an AMPS copolymer.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
• Appearance: white color powder.
• Solubility in water: restricted by the viscosity of the solution
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
• FL-GE applicable at temperatures from 20 to 210 °C.
• FL-GE is effective at batching from 0,2 to 1.0% BWOC, depending on the slurry properties requirements.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
FL-GE is packed in bags of 25 kg net weight. The product should be stored in dry conditions, away from open fire, moisture, and heating facilities. After opening, the bag should be sealed.
Our dispersants reduce the apparent viscosity of a cement slurry and improve its ability to be mixed, reducing dynamic pressures and allowing placement in turbulent flow to be achieved at lower pump rates. Low friction pressures are important where there are narrow annuli or small diameter tubulars in the well.
DESCRIPTION
DIS-GE2 is a dispersant additive that provides the viscosity decrease and allows to form the turbulent flow at lower pumping rates.
BENEFITS
• High effective viscosity reduction;
• Fluid loss control improvement;
• May be injected into the dry mix and into the water.
CHEMICAL DESCRIPTION
DIS-GE2 is a mixture of carbon acid derivatives.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
• Appearance: white color powder.
• Solubility: soluble in water.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
• Operating temperature is from 20 to 200 ° C.
• Recommended treatment rate is from 0.05 to 0.5%.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
DIS-GE2 is packed in bags of 25 kg net weight. The product should be stored in dry conditions, away from open fire, moisture, and heating facilities. After opening bag should be sealed.
Our defoamer is used to manage or prevent foaming in cement slurries. The cement mixing process can cause air entrainment in the slurry causing deterioration of quality and change of density in the cement. Defoamer controls the volume of air in the cement to keep the slurry consistent with its original design. Excessive foam can cause extreme difficulty in mixing and overall job execution.
DESCRIPTION
FOAM Free1 is a high-quality frost-resistant defoaming agent designed to prevent foaming and remove already formed foam from drilling fluids and cement slurries containing polymer additives, fresh or salt water.
BENEFITS
Compatible with all classes of cement and additives.
CHEMICAL DESCRIPTION
Liquid defoamant based on polyesters.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
• Appearance: colorless liquid.
• Solubility in water: completely dispersed.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
FOAM Free1 is applicable in a wide range of temperatures. The freezing temperature is lower than -40 °C.
Effective at treat rate from 0.02% and higher. The optimal treatment rate is selected during the laboratory tests.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
FOAM Free1 is packed in plastic canisters of 30l volume or intermediate bulk containers of 1000l volume. The cans are loaded in batches of 20 ea. on a wooden pallet. The product should be stored in a closed, intact container, in covered dry warehouses away from heating devices, avoiding direct sunlight.
